Running a training business is rarely a one-off project. For our customers who organise certification training in particular, keeping things running is a constant task: scheduling trainers, recording completions, and updating information from one training session to the next. Our training industry customers have repeatedly told us the same thing: they need a dedicated place for trainer management in Eventilla. Now there is one.
The Eventilla Trainers View
The Eventilla Trainers View is a dedicated view for trainers, where they can see their upcoming, ongoing, and past training sessions in one place. Using the Trainers View doesn’t require an Eventilla account – trainers log in with credentials created specifically for the Trainers View.
In the Trainers View, trainers can see the following information:
- Training name
- Organiser
- Date and time
- Location
- Available spots
- Event feedback
All the relevant information is available in one place – no more endless email threads or spreadsheet juggling.
Trainer management in Eventilla
Maintaining trainer information now happens directly in Eventilla, too. Training organisers can create Trainer View accounts for their trainers themselves, and remove accounts that are no longer needed once a trainer collaboration ends.
Creating an account is simple: the organiser enters the trainer’s name, email address, and Eventilla organisation. If needed, they can also add a phone number, an identifier, and custom fields. An invitation to become a Trainer View user is sent to the trainer by email, and the trainer sets their own password.
How do I get started?
Trainer management is a new, paid add-on feature in Eventilla. If your training calendar keeps filling up with new trainers and you need a clear place to manage them, get in touch with Eventilla’s sales team – we’re happy to tell you more.
